Robin brings to PhyBus, more than 30 years clinical perioperative experience with a focus of delivering optimal excellent patient care. For the last 15 years she has consulted with hospitals and ASC’s in development, taking joint venture steering committees from groundbreaking/tenant Improvements through licensing, Medicare certification and accreditation. Additionally, she collaboratively develops policy and procedures with clients to meet state and federal regulations. Robin has consulted Operational Administrative duties in both the hospital Outpatient surgery department and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. She has an extensive accreditation and regulatory knowledge to assist clients in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement and Benchmarking.
